Our DDNS service automatically updates DNS records when your IP address changes. We offer various plans, including free and premium tiers, each with different features and limitations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Hosting or distributing malicious software (malware, viruses, phishing sites).
  • Sending unsolicited emails (spam).
  • Engaging in illegal activities such as hosting fraudulent websites, hate speech, or copyrighted material without permission.
  • Disrupting or attempting to disrupt our service or networks.

5. Service Availability and Disclaimer

You can terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and your hostnames may be deleted.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mayDDNS, its employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
